Maybe my Beyond A Body Course is just what you need but you may find that you still want to go deeper, get personal guidance, get specific answers and actionable tips about your own personal situation and circumstances.
A few years ago I found myself trying to claw out of a very disordered relationship with my body and with food. I was fighting the inner eating disorder voice that believed I would be happier starving myself.
The voice that told me I was worthless at the weight I was. That I couldn’t possibly be happy in that body. I was fighting the voice that had me believing it would just be easier if I didn’t wake up the next day.
There were some very dark days. I kept fighting. I learned how to quiet that loud menacing voice. I searched for help and guidance and support. I made promises to myself and vowed to respect my body from here on out.
It was one of the toughest things I have ever been through. Recovering from disordered eating and compulsive exercise is mentally and physically challenging to say the least.
I am happy to say I am on the other side now and have found a passion for helping others see their worth and their value outside of their body.
I have made it my life mission to show others there is a better way to live life than despising their bodies and torturing themselves with constant dieting and over exercising.
I have created tools, actionable steps, and exercises that help women step into the lives they have been dreaming about.
Full of food freedom and body acceptance.
